NMCA Muscle Car Nationals Roars Into 2024 With A Robust Class Lineup
 
Santa Ana, California — Set to kick off its season at Rockingham Dragway for the first time in April, the Red Line Oil NMCA Muscle Car Nationals season is ready to launch with a robust lineup of heads-up and index championship classes as well as an exciting variety of specialty categories at select events throughout the season.
 
“NMCA strives to assemble the most compelling lineup of racing classes every season, and in 2024 that continues with a strong portfolio of heads-up and index categories that appeal to a wide range of racers and fans,” Rollie Miller, NMCA General Manager & National Event Director, said. “With exciting new classes like Street Warrior 10.10 joining favorites like Xtreme Pro Mod and Factory Super Cars, this season is set up for a thrilling run from the season opener to the World Finals.”
 
The 2024 Red Line Oil Muscle Car Nationals season’s championship classes include Xtreme Pro Mod, Factory Super Cars, Xtreme Street, Dart NA 10.5, Nitrous Pro Street, Street Warrior 10.10, Stock Eliminator, Super Stock Eliminator, Nostalgia Super Stock, Open Comp, Nostalgia Muscle, Street King, and Rumble.
 
In addition to the championship classes run at each race, True Street, the Dodge Direct Connection Shootout, and HEMI Quick 8 run at all six national events. A variety of Bracket classes also compete across the entire NMCA schedule.
 
The Red Line Oil NMCA Muscle Car Nationals begins its 2024 season at Rockingham Dragway in early April at the first of three events shared with its sister series the Holley NMRA Ford Nationals with the NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals. In early May the two series join forces again for the NMRA/NMCA Race For The Rings at World Wide Technology Raceway. Later that same month, NMCA returns to the historic and picturesque Beech Bend Raceway for the NMCA Muscle Car Mayhem. In July the series heads north for its third combined event as the NMRA/NMCA Power Festival returns to US 131 Motorsports Park. NMCA heads back to Summit Motorsports Park for the All-American Nationals in late August. Closing out the 2024 season, the series returns to Lucas Oil Raceway for the World Street Finals.
 
Additionally, several specialty categories will be contested throughout the season:
 
• Jr. Street competes in Rockingham, North Carolina.
 
• Sick the Mag Drag ’n Drive runs in Martin, Michigan, and Norwalk, Ohio.
 
• FAST and FAST Factory Stock race in Martin, Michigan, Norwalk, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Indiana.
 
• The LSX Shootout will compete at the St Louis, Illinois, event.
 
• The Cobra Jet Showdown, COPO Camaro Shootout, and NMCA vs. Buckeye Stock /Super Stock All-Stars Shootout run at the Norwalk, Ohio, event.
 
• Both the Dave Duell Classic and the NSS Victory vs. NMCA NSS All-Star Shootout race at the NMCA World Finals in Indianapolis.
