Constructed with a forged crankshaft and rugged internals, this engine is based on a cast-iron, long-skirt cylinder block featuring six-bolt, cross-bolted main caps.
Firing with a 10.8:1 compression, the engine benefits from port and direct fuel injection to deliver 401 horsepower and 464 lb-ft of torque. The engine is shipped complete from the throttle body to the oil pan, but the controller, harness, and front-end accessory drive are not included.
