This past weekend racers in the NMCA Red Line Synthetic Oil series rolled into to America’s Racetrack, Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio.
Norwalk has long been a fan and race favorite thanks to its smooth, sticky track, beautiful surroundings and the quality of service from the NMCA and track staff. The 22nd Annual Mickey Thompson NMCA All-American Nationals presented by Sick the Mag offers everything from TorqStorm Billet Superchargers True Street to VP Racing Lubricants Pro Mod and there’s a Muscle Car Class for everything in between.
The drag strip played host to a weekend full of activities, including championship racing, an incredible car show and classic and modern car fans saw the very best COPO Camaros and Cobra Jet Mustangs battling it out.
"Summit Motorsports Park is always a great race for NMCA drivers and teams. Being the 5thevent on our tour it sets the stage for the World Finals coming up in Indy in just a few weeks," said Rollie Miller, NMCA General Manager and National Event Director. "But more than that, it really shows off American Muscle cars from the F.A.S.T. classics that really run hard to Micro Strategies Stock and Super Stock, plus Holley EFI Factory Super Cars and more," he added.
