The Brodix BB-3 XTRA O big-block Chevy head pushes the company's popular Race-Rite series to a new level. This 100-percent CNC-ported head features a new 24-degree valve angle, as well as a 298cc intake port that flows over 390 cfm. Other features include newly designed, stock-height exhaust ports that flow over 280 cfm, a 2.300-inch intake/1.880-inch exhaust valve combination, and 75lb weight savings over iron heads. As with previous Race-Rite offerings, the exhaust ports remain in the stock location eliminating header or manifold interference. The Race-Rite series is the answer for less hassle during installation.
