Of the many events each year, the Performance Racing Industry Show is a favorite. PRI, as it’s generally called, pulls the entire motorsports and high-performance aftermarket industry together for 3 days in the racing capitol of the USA, Indianapolis, Indiana. PRI also serves as a home for the NMRA and NMCA Champion’s Award Ceremonies.

According to Juan Torres of PRI, “The PRI Show is the global motorsports industry’s most influential business event. With new products, technology, and innovations from the industry debuting, the business-to-business Trade Show is the premier place for motorsports manufacturers, service providers, distributors, retailers, race teams, and racers to increase their knowledge, connections, and resources for improving performance on the track and productivity in the shop.”

Open to PRI Members who work in the motorsports industry, features the newest parts and technology, access to countless manufacturers and service providers, and virtually unlimited opportunities to network face-to-face with industry leaders.

Walking the show floor you’ll see over 1,000 exhibiters presenting the latest developments in racing products, technology, and services. Every type of racing discipline is featured under one roof, including drag racing, sprint car, stock car, road racing, modified, dirt late model, karting, off-road racing, drifting, tractor pulling, open wheel, muscle car, performance marine, electric vehicle, motorcycle, and more.

PRI is a living, breathing thing with live demonstrations in machinery row, in seminar rooms and in the thousands of individual booths. In addition, leading manufacturers display their trailer, motorcoach, hauler, and toterhome lineups and there are activities such as indoor karting and simulator driving.

As for parts that make our cars go, you’ll see engine building parts (camshafts, pistons, blocks, bearings, etc.), transmissions (clutches, torque converters), power adders (superchargers, turbochargers, blowers), and more for every type of racing discipline.

As always, PRI was fun, educational and a great place to connect with virtually our racing family, from racers to manufacturers to celebrities and fans.
