Wilwood Disc Brakes has announced a new 2.50 drop ProSpindle and disc brake upgrade kit for 1973-1987 Chevy/GMC C10 pickup trucks. The kit, which is priced at $755.99 for a pair of front spindles, will also fit 1963-1972 models that have been updated with later model ball joints. Designed as a safer, sturdier and more lightweight alternative to improve handling, styling, and braking capacity, Wilwood's ProSpindles feature forged aluminum bolt-on steering arms and forged aluminum knuckles with fortified caliper mounting bosses to accommodate the full range of Wilwood's Superlite and Aerolite disc brake kits. Additionally, the modular late model style bearing and hub assembly is multi-pattern drilled to accommodate both the 5x4.75-inch and 5x5.00-inch wheel lug mount patterns.
