ProMedia Events & Publishing is revved up to get back to racing action at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway for the combined Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center NMRA/NMCA Power Festival presented by HPJ Performance May 28-31 after the unscheduled change in plans over the last month. Racing officials have decided to expand the NMCA Mickey Thompson Street Outlaw category to four events in 2020 instead of the scheduled three that was announced two months ago. Mickey Thompson Street Outlaw will compete with its NMRA colleagues during NMRA/NMCA Power Festival (World Wide Technology Raceway), NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals (Atlanta Dragway), Nitto Tire NMRA/NMCA Street-Legal Drag Racing, and the Nitrous Supply All-American Nationals (Summit Motorsports Park). The NMRA's VP Racing Maddatives Street Outlaw will continue to run for its own championship battle using the split point's system that has been employed with the combination events in Georgia and Illinois for the last decade.
