New Product QA1 Full Suspension Solutions for C10 Square Bodies

Posted By: Event Coverage Team
Now you can upgrade all four corners of your 1973-1987 C10 with a new torque arm design for the rear of the square body pickups, a complement to the front suspension systems released last year. Available now for preorder, the systems will begin shipping at the end of May 2019. With these all-new, engineered-from-scratch rear systems, truck owners can add modern performance to a pickup that was designed for utility all without removing the bed of the truck. QA1 engineered a unique bolt-in torque arm design that maximizes performance without the inherent binding issues of other 4-link systems. The major benefit of the torque arm design is that each component is designed to perform one function. This provides superior control over suspension movement, resulting in a smooth ride and great handling characteristics. Dialing in the stance will be easy with the adjustable coil-over system 4 to 7 of adjustment below stock can easily be achieved. If you didn't know better, you would never know you were driving a vehicle with a bed on it, says Damien Brase, QA1 Fitment Technician and owner of a 1983 C10. The ride quality and handling is nothing like what you would expect from a pickup. I never would have guessed it could handle as well as it does now. Looking to upgrade all four corners QA1's front system for the 1963-1987 C10s is another must- have addition. The drivability will be greatly improved, with 7 degrees of added caster and fully adjustable ride height from the coil-over system. When pairing these front and rear systems, not only can you lower your C10, but you'll also have ride height adjustability on all four corners, giving you that perfect level stance. Adjustability options let you tailor the systems to create the performance desired, so your truck can handle those corners and curves like a sports car. Both front and rear systems use QA1 shocks, with the choice between our double or single adjustable shocks. All QA1 shocks are 100% dyno tested and serialized. The systems come powder coated with all needed hardware for installation. Complement these systems with C10 sway bars, which are available for both front and rear. All products listed are proudly made in QA1's Lakeville, Minnesota facility. For more information on the C10 suspension system parts from QA1 and other products, please visit www.QA1.net
