The Red Line Oil NMCA Muscle Car Nationals season kicked off in grand fashion at Orlando Speed World Dragway this past weekend with intense quarter-mile and eight-mile action at the SDPC NMCA Muscle Car Mayhem event presented by Holbrook Race Engines.
NMCA is your home for all types of American Muscle. The fun, family environment is perfect whether you’re displaying your hot rod in the show, cruising the grounds or competing in one of the many NMCA drag racing categories.
NMCA offers a host of classes, from TorqStorm Superchargers True Street up to the fire-breathing VP Racing Xtreme Pro Mods. There are Index and Heads-Up classes, all-motor combinations (Dart NA 10.5), our variety of Stock, Super Stock and Nostalgia Super Stock, plus classes where boost and nitrous is king. There’s never a dull moment on the strip at NMCA.
Orlando offered a few extras, including the original Big Foot monster truck and side-by-side jet-car exhibition action courtesy of Larsen Motorsports. Other fun categories include the Dodge // Mopar HEMI Shootout where the quickest modern Mopars race for bragging rights in the HHP Racing HEMI Quick 8 class.
