The link above makes it very easy for you to submit your name and an accurate letter showing your support for the RPM Act to your local Senators. SEMA is most known for its trade-show in Las Vegas but its actions as a trade organization are extremely important, like having a legal office in Washington D.C. that runs a PAC group to help protect the automotive enthusiast market. Recently SEMA has sued the Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for not following through on guidelines pertaining to limited production continuation/replica vehicle programs from low-volume manufacturers. Congress and the President signed the FAST Act into law back in 2015. These are just two examples of SEMA's efforts in Washington D.C. to work with Senators and Congresspeople on protecting and promoting our rights as hot rodders and motorsport enthusiasts.
