NMCA is celebrating the 14th annual Chevrolet Performance LSX Shootout, the longest running LS-based national event during the Nitrous Supply NMCA World Street Finals presented by Chevrolet Performance at Lucas Oil Raceway (Indianapolis, IN) over the weekend of September 24-27, 2020.
NMCA officials are giving away over $50,000 in cash, prizes, and giveaways in this special stop on the Chevrolet Performance Challenge Series tour. Included in the big payday are Chevrolet Performance LSX Bowtie blocks for winners of several drag racing categories on top of the purse and contingency winnings. The LSX Shootout is open to all LS and modern LT powered vehicles with two heads-up classes, two Index categories, and the Chevrolet Performance Street Car Challenge.

Included in the six Chevrolet Performance Challenge Series categories are the heads-up 275 radial cars of Brian Tooley Racing Real Street (NMCA Xtreme Street rules), sealed crate motor racing of Chevrolet Performance Stock presented by Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center, and the index categories of LME Street King and Proform Rumble. Our friends in the performance division of Chevrolet will be giving LSX bowtie blocks to the class winners in Real Street, CP Stock, Street King, Rumble, and Street Car Challenge.
If street cars are your pleasure, there’s an awesome opportunity to have fun at the LSX Shootout. Chevrolet Performance Street Car Challenge, which has a FREE entry valued up to $175, for the first 75 enthusiasts that pre-enter. It offers a casual atmosphere where enthusiasts can hang out at the Chevrolet Performance Street Car Challenge Pavilion and legally drag race their LS or modern LT-powered vehicles. Cash prizes are given out to average ET winners in the 9-, 10-, 11-, 12-, 13-, 14-, and 15-second zones, along with an Overall Winner and Overall Runner-Up.
