Had a great time yesterday at Cecil. Mark Schank was blistering off 8.50s and 60s all day. Everytime I see that car the flawlessness overwhelms me. Turbo Johnny (wazslow) layed down a 8.33 @ 168
with his turbo blow thru stang to nudge out Mark by a bumber in their nightcap grudge race. What a fitting way to end the nights events, 2 TRUE STREET guys running a grudge race and finishing bumper to bumber !!!!!!!!!! Totally AWESOME..

Tom thanks for coming up always good to see you. We went a .57, .55, .47 and then got loose in eliminations and lost with a .62 so we flew back to the pits to load it up for a "pass" and get to the lanes to find John. The air really wasn't there or I am sure Johnny would have been in the .20s. It was like 1700' corrected altitude. I treed him bad and was on my way to my first holeshot win when at the 1319th foot I got freight trained by this blue flash going 168mph to my 161mph. Man was I HOT. I was too busy fogging up my shield yelling at myself that I forgot to pull the chute for a couple of hundred feet. I ended up going a .44 to his .33, personal bests for both of us though I think. Can't wait till we get to see his car at Orlando.
