Im a NO SHOW AT ETOWN

Although E - TOWN is a big name track with big history, lots of shut down and nice pits ,,the track management there SUCKS.. They treat the racers there like crap.(unless Im sure you are a local regular) Every time I have ever raced there, without exception I have seen them flipper head someone. I should have known all the years I raced there sooner or later I would get caught up in it. I wouldnt darken their gates with my motorcoach or car hauler if they had a race there anyway.. Not to mention, LAST TIME a bunch of us were there they said MUFFLED STREET CARS only when I called them but then wouldnt let me run because my MUFFLED STREET CAR was too loud.. I havnt even looked at their page again after the NASTY EMAIL I sent them but if its MUFFLED STREET CARS under so many decibles SAY THAT !!!!! ITs a long friggin haul from GLEASON TN to Englishtown NJ to have a guysay well thats not OUR idea of a STREET CAR even though you have a full exhaust with mufflers . As anyone who has seen my car knows if it was in there from the factory its in there now GLOVE BOX LIGHT, wipers, cigarette Lighter console, steering wheel .. EXCEPT BACK SEAT which holds the amp, bass tube and rear speakers...With any luck at all the NMCA will pick any other track up there but ETOWN

Atleast we know that he can still make it to th track and without a CHEERLEADER uniform on! This is one way to make an appearance somewhere!

He was a good sport about it. I figure that my part of the money taken goes to the racers who put on a great show and really jumped through hoops at the end with some quick call backs to make the curfew. I don't think any of my money went to the management, who a couple of years ago at this same race were trying to get the cars running in the No Time Nationals, that were under the tower and in the staging lanes to back out so they could let other cars in that were a scheduled part of the Shakedown. In the mean time they took our money, bike test and tune and just general test and tune money too when they should never had that many cars there and took that much money. I told them to call the tow truck to move my car because it had been about a 14 hour day at that point with just 1 run. I will restrain myself further so as not to aggravate the editing gods that follow Tom around. Sorry for the rant but I haven't been to therapy in since Joliet.

HA HA, you outed me Marc, You couldnt let me go with the SOME VOWS are meant to be broken comment .. I just couldnt take the excitement of what I knew was gonna happen there. It was worth EVERY CENT I paid to get there and to get in. I looked at it the same way, I was supporting street car racing. You know you and your clan are always welcome at my place anywhere. Wasnt it AWESOME watching Ferrucci slap down a 8.153 @ 170 in qualifying????? Hated that he blew the tires up in eliminations. Hes flat out flying.. I want to know about that announcement that it was his last street car shootout. Most guys dont know this but PAUL and I have a little history way back to the Quik Street days in the 90s. . He is the one who drew me out of the car shows with this camaro back into street car racing a year ago in an attempt to run him down. I have alot of respect for Paul and his program. He has remained on top as Ive been unable to iron my combo out. But if you are listening PAUL you OWE IT TO ME TO RUN NEXT YEAR ,,, I spent a fortune trying to catch you :D

I heard that comment from the announcer. I don't believe it for 1 second! I think he must have confused his car with Rod Saboury's or something. It was a great run and was bummed that he spun against Belinski.

Thats a Relief Paul. Yeah the announcer said Paul Ferrucci in the left lane in the malibu. This is his last shootout as hes going to retire from the street car racing . I was like WTF??????

They said you were taking the car off the track and putting it back on the street. Thats what they said you said.

Very tired......just got home from another 1st round exit of the 8.50 index on a double break out 8.45 to his 8.48. I hate trying to slow the car down.

thats weird the car is on the street now....not sure were that all came from..since i finally been running faster and getting the car figured out theres been so many stupid rumors going around like i have nos on the car too...racing sux when u have something coming around and there is always jealous idiots trying to put me down
