Hysmith racing cannot get a break or he is getting to many breaks. Test and tune last night at his local track, on 3rd round of brackets, started sounding bad and would not idle right. in the pits found no compression on #7 cyl, and when cranking, piston not going up and down. It seems it blows up everytime he gets it back together, and always something eles goes wrong. Anyone out there within 3 or 4 hours from Ok city, he is looking for an engine for his 70 road runner. The last nmca race his pro charger fins were eaten by the engine, before that he blew a hole down the side of a piston and just before his latest break, his harmonic balancer split in two and broke off the end of the crank. I told him thats why I race chevys!!!!!! His cell # is 405-255-1975.

I was thinking the same thing when I started reading this but I never would have said it or kicked a good man when he was down, but since you mentioned it.............. Better times are ahead. I had my Chevy out every month last year and haven't had it out once this year. Go figure.
