bradenton host hotel booked and no pro room block?

tried to get rooms for bradenton at host hotel yesterday.

they told me that the contact person doesnt work there anymore and that there was no room block for pro.

plus they are booked for that weekend.

a little help??

other hotels? or someone else to talk to at the host hotel?

dont know which hotel you tried, but i live in palmetto and there is a ramada limited, hampton inn,shoney's inn,and a sleep inn located across the river from bradenton in ellenton.it is about 15-20 mins from the track. there also is a couple others right off the interstate on st rd 64 (the road to the track) i think a comfort inn, aholiday inn,a days inn,and a econo lodge i think.hard to remember off the top off my head.hope this helps a little and hope a lot off racers are coming im looking forward to a good race.come down and enjoy the sunshine

They average about 50$ a nite, better than the 90$ a nite at the host hotel and its off the same exit as the track ;)
