a little less weight will help...but all i think i have to do is make a pulley swap and up the boost and i should be close...i want to put it in the 7s at atco on sep 8 at the iron man shoot out..not sure if i will do it but i will give it a shot:D

it will still be true street legal there and always i never run without mufflers or radials

With the Atlanta race coming up, let's not forget it is Brian Anderson's stomping ground. That is one BAD ASS Rambler....

Two years ago at Valdosta, Anderson went 8.38 @ 167 in 100+ degree heat on 275 radials and pump gas. Rumors have it he has been in the 7's on good fuel. It could prove VERY interesting if he shows up in Atlanta.

IF theres a 7 second pass made this year, It most likely wont be my junk. Engine builder discovered last week the machining for the 7/16 pushrods didnt make enough room. We need to run offset lifters and rocker arms, but T & D is 4 weeks out on them. Another SET BACK IN TIME for me. Also have the added time of putting the double caliper brakes on with vented rotors. Havnt nailed down all the chassis work the cars going to need either. With the preliminary #s from Turbo people IM not even sure if this chassis will be up to the task. I just started a 3 month project in Las Vegas today. Im still being told we should be ready to make MEMPHIS but Ive lost my confidence. Sucks being a CHEERLEADER !!!!
