What size turbos to use?

I am planning on building a twin turbo setup for my car. It is a 383 SBC, and I would like the car to run mid to low tens, the question is, what should I use for my turbos? Would two t4s be enough.

What would you suggest?

If your only shooting for 10's then a pair of Garrett t3/t4 57 trims would do that with no problem, Either that or you could do a single turbo with something like a t3/67.
