Can alcohol be used for fuel in turbo application or is it legal for superchargers only?

As of now do you know of any rule changes in the pro-street class as far as twin turbo BBC cubic inch limits or turbo sizes? Its 550"& single 101 or dual 80mm correct? I'm trying to come out and play next season but I don't want to build an already "outlawed or illegal" combo and waste all my time and money. Thanks again.

You are correct on the cubic inch and turbos. As for any changes for next year, I hope not.
