Hello,
My name is Paul and I am wondering where you measure the tire size? The reason I ask is because I am using 28x11.5x15 MT ET streets... the tread measures 8.7" and the total tire width (tread plus side wall bubble) measures 10.9". So the question is do you measure the tread width or the total width?? I am hoping it is just the tread width since that is the only usable section of the tire, but I want to make sure so I am not disqualified during tech. I did read the rules and it says 10.6" but I am not sure where it is measured.
