i was wondering if u guys would think about use being able to run sheet metal intakes if we add like 100 pounds 0r 150. also is there a weight break for us if where running on a radial tire.like i said in my other post i'm looking to run in this class next year but there is no way i'll get my car down to 2725# this would be a task on its own just to get a 3rd gen camaro down that low but i weight 200# so i would have to get the chassis down to 2500 pounds and i know that cant be done unless i use fiberglass fenders and lexan windows witch is a no no in the rules.so i was just wondering if u guys will let wheelie bars on cars and sheet metal intakes with the proper wieght added.I really want to run in this class it looks like fun and i can understand if u guys are trying to keep this a cheap class to run in but to me it already looks like it is almost a high $ class considering the amount of money that goes into one of these engines and cars.

Prostock is anything but cheap. If ya can't get to weight then you have the wrong engine size. I'd get a bigger crank in it.

Sheet metal intakes will not be allowed, no matter what the weight added. These motors are expensive, adding sheet intake would only add more $$$$$. As for the radial tire issue, well maybe we could come up with something for 2006.
