i can relate to the wheel stand issues, flattened my exaust,i'm trying to not wheel stand, i would love my car to leave just like your's, are you stock style susp., i have a 84' t/a ,440"sbc.th400,12bolt. 4.30, in the Pro-Stock class. at 3225lbs., 125lbs. over, i went 9.38 @ 147, in a 180ft. pedaling wheel stand, it was bad, every time out, i'm looking forward to the same thing WHEEL STANDS, i got limiters, from 7" down to 1", i tryed the firmest on the front struts, tightened up rear susp., took timimg out, foot braked car, trans. break, i think i tryed everything possible, i'm thinking of going to a glide over the winter. any good suggestions, or advice would be great coming from someone who has the same kind of car. good luck.

Well thats the first time she did that on me, Milan D.W. usualy is not preped well but I was in the same lane as Brian Robbins 442 and Milan glued the s... out of it for them. I was just a victum of dead hook and low tire presure, I am 3320 with me in it I scale the car every year and I am 51.5 on front and 48.5 rear ratio. I also run a small block, 421ci on 250 NOS 2 stage plate but just using one stage so far. Dart Pro 1 heads with CNC job and a local guy opened up the exhaust side for the spray but I think it hurt me cause the car picked up on the motor and on the NOS after I flatened some header tubes.
I run a T350, 9" 4.11 pro gears, a True 29 X 10" goodyear tire, PA K-member, front coil overs with 5 way adjustable struts, V6 springs with Hals in the rear, RR has an air bag bit I only put 10 lbs of air in it, I use the stock style sway bar to load the RR 100 lbs heavier so I lift the front end evenly. I keep the pinion angle -3.5 but I will be taking that out this weekend cause an article in FSCM said all it does is scrub off ET.
I have some video's if you want I can link them to you.
Here is a small clip of Milan on saturday http://home.comcast.net/~nitrousrick/933.wmv
P.S. unfortunatly I got knocked out in the first round of elims. but on the bright side I lost to Billy Glidden, I tried to tree him but he is too good, I had a .082 to his .045.

nice run, i'm going to try to limit the front end to no travel, next weekend, i really can't afford to buy all new stuff to put in a glide, i have my pinion angle set at -3 degrees, well good luck, thanks for getting back with the video and info. thanks again.
