Base Weights:

If actual cubic inch is more than base cubic inch listing in section 13, there will be a weight penalty of 8.5 pounds per cubic inch assessed to base weights.

Note: All weights are with driver & rounded down to the five pound increment. Ex: A calculated weight of 2842 would be required to weight 2840 with driver at scales.

Maximum cubic inches for all combinations - 650 CI.

33-inch tall x 10.5W-wide tires – add 75 pounds to base weights.

1950 – 1974 body styles and all Trucks – deduct 50 pounds from base weights.

Entries using manual transmission with clutch must add 225 lbs to listed base weight. See section 2.12.

Entries using purpose built transmission with clutch must add 225 lbs to listed base weights. See section 2.13.

Entries using purpose built transmission with torque converter may run a maximum of 3 gears and must add 75 lbs to listed base weight. See section 2.13.

Use of sheet metal, fabricated manifold, or tunnel ram manifold – Add 50 pounds to base weights. (except small block nitrous combination).

Big-block nitrous entries using two four-barrels – Add 75 lbs.

2000 vette,445" big block w/98mm turbo and 33-10.5w's, 3685lbs-wow- legal weight is only 3200lbs for a 25.2 chassis

Don't know if you will see a change before year end but It would probably be in their best intrest to open it up to more outlaw rules for next year as the car counts for this "Pro class" is terrible.

Yea I here you bob but I hate to change his combo just for one group. With this setup we can run everywhere else but pro which sucks. We allready have a new superstreet car we can't run in pro because of the motor size.
