Syill Frustraited but I love my MOPAR and ordered the 440-1 heads that are leagle for class. I agree that the chevy canted valve head is a little of an un fair advantage but there will alwas be something. Hope to be competitive and if any one in the tech department would weigh the pros and cons of a hemi head or a little bit better heads for B.O.P or AMC,MOPAR the car counts might come up a bit. Chevy and Ford have alwas been big players let just go play and hope for the best.

agree BBChry Mike, IF the tech for this series wants participation from more people that love to race with other makes of engines, there has to be some revisions.

If tech is stuck on OEM bolt locations, in my case, with a poncho, (lol) and allowing other modifications that improve the flow of heads, there should be a weight break, just like a small block deal.

Maybe that is the deal, they don't care if other makes compete or not. Politics, don't sell as many parts to the guys that choose to race the "off brands" and their voice is not heard.

I enjoy racing, but to race, "just to race" and not be competitive sucks.

What looked to me like the fastest car in Pro Stock at Memphis was a Cuda with 440-1 heads. They can't be that bad.

Hey guys love racing and yes being competive is the gole. The heads i was looking at have a stock bolt pattern but the exaust valve is moved. The 440-1 is a good head makes good power but if there is some room for more as racers we always want more. I.E 572-13 heads. I have made big power with what I had and I will make the drive to try and race with the pro guys.

looking forward to seeing you guys in Martin MI,

Mike, similar deal with me with the poncho heads. At least u got an answer from Pro Mike why the Mopar heads are not permitted.

I get the "silent" treatment on the poncho superchiefs.
