Randi Lyn Ferrell died suddenly and unexpected tonight in Nashville. Details are unknown at this time. Randi Lyn was 16 years old having celebrated her last two birthdays 15 years & her sweet 16th birthday at the PRO Hot Rod Nationals in Bowling Green. Randi much like her Mother & Father was a most caring person whom always had a smile and a hug for everyone she met.
Please pray for Randy and JoAnne as I do not know how someone can bear the pain with such a stragic loss without our prayers and God's divine comfort. Randy's website and phone numbers and e-mails can be found at

I leave you with this thought that I am hanging onto
Deep with in my heart is a melody
Jesus whispers sweet and low
Fear not I am with the
Peace be still
in all of life's ebb and flow
Jesus Jesus Jesus sweetest name I know
Fills my every longing keeps me singing as I go.
Written by Luther B Bridgers, an Evangelist, after losing his home and entire family in a fire.
Friends I pray this same God whom is the same today as when Luther B wrote the song above will place a peace of Divine Hope upon our Brother Randy Ferrell family during this time of sorrow. And if you don't know this God whom gives such Peace I pray the passing of Randi Lyn onto a better life will be the light that opens he door for the Holy Spirit to move in your heart and this Peace for you. God Bless Randi Lyn Ferrell and her family.

those of the racing community are with you and your family, Randy. Please take comfort that God has a purpose in this and that Randi Lynn is in His Kingdom. Our bodies are but containers for the divine gift of our souls and her's has been released to the freedom of her reward in Heaven.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do in this difficult time.
Heavenly Father, please Bless, Keep and Compfort Randy and his family. Now, more than ever, fill them with Your Grace and Peace that they may understand and accept their earthly loss. I ask this as always, in Jesus name.

we can only imagine what you are going through. our thoughts and prayers our with you and youre family.

We only met Randy once, and that was in Memphis last year. He spoke to my Wife and I after our car was stolen. Randy was the most caring person that we have met--after all it was only a car but he knew how important it was to us. His words and prayer helped us a lot at that time. Our prayers are with you Randy at this terrible time. Words are simply not enough, but if we can help in any way just ask.

Just off the phone with Randy. The family is holding up as best as can be expected. We cry with our brother as he and Joann hurt from this tragic loss.
I pray the Lord send His comfort and abounding love to cover them.
I will write more about the details of arrangements as they become available.
Keep them in your prayers.

Many have asked, Doctors have determined Randi Lyn died from Heart failure. I guess it is only thing that makes sense in a way. She gave her heart to so many, -- God must have figured she needed to come home to get a new heart. One that will last an eternity.

I've been sitting in front of this computer for an hour trying to compose some sage advice for you Randy. This from someone who lost his eighteen year old daughter in 1997. I know how you feel. It hurts. A lot. RICK & CAROL

My wife JoAnn and I would like to express our sincere thanks to
all who are praying for us.
We know in our hearts that without you all praying and without
Jesus in our hearts, and God as our strength we would not be
able to endure this tragic trial.
I'm sorry for such a late reply, but this is just so overwhelming,
that we're just not thinking too clearly right now.
I did want you to know that we have selected Randi Lyn's
Encore Dance Project as an option if you choose to contribute in
Randi Lyn's honor.

They are totally supported by fund raising projects, and donations.
They perform alot of public service type events such as: nursing
homes, elementary schools, etc.
A second option would be the American Heart Assoc. (via your local chapter). Randi Lyn's result of death was heart related.
I thank you sincerely for all you have done. The out pouring of
cards, flowers, etc has been a wonderful blessing.
Again I apologize for the delay in this information. I tried several
days ago, but didn't realize all the proper format to get approved
to be able to reply to the post requesting this info.
We love you all, got to go for now
In Christ Service
