We've had quite a drama unfolding in the Pontiac community the last week: One of the original six 1963 Super Duty Lemans coupes has turned up....on ebay.
Pontiac built six coupes and six wagons complete with aluminum front ends and 421 cu in engines. Up to this point, one coupe (the George Delorean car) has been found and one wagon (owned most notably by collector Randy Williams) was recovered and restored.
This one was raced by Stan Antlocer under the "Stan Long Pontiac" banner. The aluminum front end was known to exist in Florida for many years but the whereabouts of the car was unknown...until this week.
